Configuration
The Building is 80′ wide x 480′ long (38,400 sq. ft.) with an eave height of 45′ and a 70′ wide work area inside the crane rails.

2 Ea. | 20-ton single hook Kranco Top Running Bridge Girder Cranes allowing lifts of up to a total of 40-tons (minimum piece length of 25′). |
3 Ea. | Tandem Arc Submerged Arc long seam welding stations complete with Lincoln Power Wave welding equipment, 14′ x 14′ manipulators, and a power cart equipped with one (1) each 30-ton power and idler rolls. The stations are capable of welding long seam in pipe/shells from 42″ I.D. to 120″ O.D. x 10′ long. |
2 Ea. | Tandem Arc Submerged Arc long seam welding stations complete with Lincoln Power Wave welding equipment, one (1) each 30-ton power and idler roll, capable of welding long seams in pipe/shells 14″ O.D. to 72″ O.D. x 10′ long. |
1 Ea. | Single Arc Submerged Arc long seam back welder, equipped with one (1) each 30-ton power and idler roll. The station is capable of back welding long seams in pipe 12″ I.D. |
1 Ea. | Make-up Station equipped with one (1) 40-ton power roll and three (3) 40-ton idler rolls capable of double jointing pipe shells up to 80′ in length. The station is capable of double jointing pipe/shells 36″ O.D. to 120″ O.D. |
1 Ea. | Single Arc Submerged Arc back weld station equipped with 30′ boom, one (1) 30-ton power roll and three (3) 30-ton idler rolls. The stations is capable of back welding circumferential welds in pipe 30″ I.D. to 120″ O.D. |
1 Ea. | Tandem Arc Submerged Arc circumferential welding station equipped with Lincoln Power Wave welding equipment, 12′ x 12′ manipulator, one (1) 90 ton power roll and three (3) idler rolls on 40′ track, capable of welding cirumferential welds on jointed pipe/shells up to 80′ in length. |
